Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and responsibilities
Draft, review, and file legal documents including petitions, pleadings, motions, and agreements
Conduct thorough and detailed case research to support legal proceedings
Negotiate settlements in a timely manner to resolve disputes efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current family law rules and regulations
Develop and implement effective case strategies in consultation with clients
Work collaboratively with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management
Comply with all legal standards and protocols to maintain the ethical integrity of the practice

We are currently seeking a Associate Family Law Attorneys to join our offices in Charlotte and Boone, NC.

This role requires at least 1 year of experience in the field of family law.
