The Specialist, Global Talent Acquisition job performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under general supervision, this job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Participates in the development of plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
• Assists in coordinating and organizing candidate communication, including the scheduling of interviews and answering of candidate questions.
• Reviews applications against role requirements to recommend potential pool of qualified candidates.
• Drafts and reviews job listings on internal and external sites.
• Supports the offer generation and pre-employment verification process.
• Maintains job applicant tracking system by entering and updating requisition, sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, tracking, and hiring information.
• Communicates with hiring manager to review approved requisitions for volume recruitment, to determine business need, role requirements and time to fill commitments.
• Assists with the advertising of job openings using a variety of sources appropriate to the role in support of obtaining a diverse qualified slate of candidates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Associate will predominantly work with and report into the Associate Director Talent Acquisition (Technology) and form a key part of the Talent Acquisition function. Alongside implementing the best-in-class talent acquisition strategized within an organization, ensuring that these strategies support the business objectives.
Broad responsibilities include:
• Supports the Technology functions across TIAA India and works very closely with the Hiring Managers to close their open roles.
• Assist with special projects and oversees generation of team / ad-hoc reports, as required.
• collaborates with managers, candidates, provisioners, Talent Advisors and other stakeholders, to ensure a seamless talent acquisition process.
• * Keeps abreast of state, and local laws / regulations, as well as corporate guidelines, regarding data security and privacy requirements, as well as corresponding systems and/or technologies.
• Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right search partners, streamlining the talent acquisition lifecycle, compensation negotiation, contract management and employer branding
• Managing the workforce management process in partnership with the finance and US Teams
• Continued focus on key talent acquisition metrics – Cost per Hire, Cost of Hire, Ageing, Salary Negotiations within the agreed coma ratio.
• * Focus on innovative channels of sourcing – LinkedIn, Employee Referral, Career Site etc.
• Key focus on I&D Initiatives as an integral part of the talent acquisition roadmap
• Focus on Ageing of roles and closing the roles within the stipulated and mutually agreed timeframes.
Works on one / two cross functional projects within the HR Team

Required Education: Bachelors / Masters
Preferred Education
: Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization in Human Resources
Preferred Experience: - 4 to 8
