ULI has grown significantly over the past few years in Europe, doubling its membership in the last five years and developing a programme of work driven by a strong research programme, corporate membership opportunities and growth across the National Councils based on interesting and relevant programmes of work.
POSITION SUMMARY:

• There is an open role for a talented, creative and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to drive marketing activity forward for the for our National Councils. This is a hybrid role consisting of planning, creativity and delivery that often sees an end-to-end consideration to improve/enhance the member journey for National Councils activity to create optimal results. To be the conduit between Europe activity to National Councils and play an active role in the marketing activity for Europe.
The role is responsible for looking after the day-to-day management of national council activity that includes planning, email and social media activity, especially LinkedIn. You will be responsible for exploring how to grow visibility, improve engagement of channel activity and be able to demonstrate growth in these areas.
You will have an innovative and energetic style that enjoys testing new ideas, have a systematic and organised approach to your activity so activity is recorded and planned and can be easily analysed to share with stakeholders. With a willingness to learn and be able to look at activity with a holistic view to make a visible difference.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Co-ordinate and create relevant content for National Councils
• Devise email or social media plans based on campaigns taking place
• Manage ad hoc social media requests
• Track and report on campaign activities
• Log activity to manage stakeholders
• Engage with other relevant accounts
• Look for opportunities to optimise activity
Content
• Strong copy writing skills that fit within the tone of voice of the brand
• Produce stand out content in all formats
• Create Reels/Shorts/Tik Tok style content across platforms
• Be prepared to trial new styles of content and then assess how effective it was
• Look for innovative ways to communicate messages
Experienced in:
• Delivering successful marketing campaigns (organically and paid)
• Knowledge of Marketing tools to support above activities
• Analysis of campaign activity
• Photoshop tools i.e., Adobe Photoshop CC or even advanced Canva

What you’ll need to have:
• Experience working for a professional service brand
• Minimum of 3 + years’ social media/ digital experience
• Strong attention to detail providing assurance to stakeholders
• Effective influencing and communication skills
• A degree in Communications or related subject

• University degree preferred.
