About The Role
As an M&A Associate, you will be key in public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in M&A, with a proven track record of serving as an integral team member in large-scale transactions. Key responsibilities include:
• Drafting definitive transaction agreements.
• Managing due diligence processes and disclosure letters.
• Coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Assisting in client relationship management and overall transaction strategy.
This is a full-time M&A-specific role and does not encompass general corporate work. Candidates can work from offices in New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, or Seattle.

• 3-5 years of M&A experience in public/private company transactions or strategic deals.
• Strong academic credentials and prior experience with a top-tier law firm.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary: $260,000 - $365,000, based on experience.
