Job description
We are currently representing a well-known Bank, that, due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its Private Funds Advisory Team in New York.
The team has seen tremendous growth and partnered with several top Private Equity & Credit Funds globally.
Responsibilities:
• Work on transaction processes from origination to execution - including Directs, Primaries & Secondaries
• Advise GPs on market proposition and strategy
• Work alongside the Distribution Team to advise on target investors
Requirements:
