Associate Product Manager - IN
The Managed Solutions Product Management Associate will be responsible for supporting the management of various aspects of the product or solution. Provide excellent customer service through the timely resolution of participant or plan level issues. Observation and analysis of production related issues are used as one of the inputs to prioritize the product development backlog and provide input into future state design.

• May partner with legal, risk and compliance partners to implement controls and mitigate potential risks.
• Acts as product subject matter expert on features and services.

Additonal Responsibilities
• Research and remediation for issues, including root cause analysis and developing solutions.
• Coordination of issue tracking across production support teams and supporting business partners in client readiness and implementation for resolution.
• Production incident support for product management business partners, including incident documentation and prioritization of features in the portfolio.
• Monitoring exception dashboards to identify and resolve issues, continuity, and execution.
• Assist with testing and managing multiple applications through the enhancement and release processes

Masters

Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, recordkeeping or similar experience
• Strong technical, analytical and business skills
• Experience with processes including creation and maintenance of documentation
• Demonstrated experience performing analyses and solving problems
• Demonstrated ability to connect data and analysis to inform key stakeholders and business partners
