We are currently looking for an Associate / Sr. Associate Sales with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. Here are the key requirements for the role:

Job Description:
• Prospecting and Acquisition: Identify and acquire brands for our platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country.
• Commercial Agreements: Understand each brand's proposition, negotiate commercial agreements, and set clear expectations to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Business Development: Be actively involved in business development, brand/retailer onboarding, and account management to drive growth.
• Onboarding Process: Oversee the onboarding process for new brands onto the platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for efficient onboarding.
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong communication channels at all levels within brand organizations to strengthen relationships, execute initiatives, and drive growth.
• Data Management: Be hands-on with data, creating dashboards and reports to share with managed brands, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with brand and internal marketing teams to strategize and execute marketing campaigns and promotion plans that enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase transactions.
• Expansion: Identify opportunities to expand and deepen relationships with brand organizations, including expanding the product and brand portfolio.
• Financial Understanding: Maintain a broad understanding of the brand's P&L, revenue targets, and gross margins, utilizing this knowledge for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand acquisition, account management, or business development, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, creating dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understanding of P&L and financial metrics.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
