Business Analyst
The Business Analyst (India) analyzes business and information needs in order to design optimal systems solutions. Working under minimal supervision, this job designs system solutions that are appropriate for business needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. This job also recommends improvements to the existing IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirement gathering, and defines scope and objectives of each project.
• Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
• Translates business requirements into application requirements, and works with all members of the team to execute the application successfully.
• Engages client teams and explains complicated security initiatives in an understandable manner, while also addressing any hesitations or concerns from the client.
• Estimates the costs of various system solutions and prepares project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
• Prepares and maintains technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.
Educational Requirements

The Senior Business Systems Analyst analyzes helps research business problems and analyze, develop and recommend Strategy and Planning solutions in support of the business. This role is responsible for identifying and analyzing organization strengths and weaknesses, monitoring industry trends and developing and reviewing all strategic and financial business plans to advise management and optimize business strategies. This is a high visibility role with a significant impact in providing critical input to the overall strategic direction and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Creation and delivery of a long-term operating plan, KPIs, benchmarking, and industry analysis. Works closely with senior management to develop, implement and measure complex recommendations/solutions that aligns with key growth objectives
• Develop long-term strategy and annual planning process by integrating and synthesizing market data, identifying and evaluating opportunities, and partnering with executive leadership team to align on a strategic plan
• Create business plans for high potential opportunities and follow-through by partnering with key functional leaders on an execution plan
• Influence decision making through crisp and clear messaging by utilizing data and strategic presentations to effectively align perspectives and create clarity on decisions to be made
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
• Analyze current environments, industry trends, to help organization make strategic decisions about their business operations
• Identify and analyzes business needs, conducts requirement gathering, and defines scope and objectives of each project.
• Assist with aligning the organization’s roadmap with the enterprise plan and initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration across many internal groups and businesses
• Prepare costing estimates based on anticipated plans and future initiatives.
• Prepare status reports for management, or others, and anticipates modifications to schedules or plans as required.

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
