Senior Software Developer The Senior SW Developer job is responsible for supervising the analysis, programming and configuration of information technology (IT) systems software. This job. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Monitors software development work to make sure resulting software meets established goals. • Oversees the identification of business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives for the information technology (IT) system. • Manages the configuration, customization, diagnosis and enhancements of operating systems software. • Guides the development and implementation of new products, processes and operational plans. • Reviews and approves training of users on new or modified software. • Supervises performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation and development of team.
