Company Name: Senior Software Developer The Senior SW Developer job performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working independently under general supervision, this job maintains end user needs by ensuring the uptime; performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Performs routine analysis during normal of information technology (IT) infrastructure, including on networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications and devices. • Supports the acquiring, installing, and upgrading computer components and software and planning for service outages and other problems. • Maintains the automation of routine tasks using scripting and writing basic computer programs to address more complex systems software configuration and enhancement. • Implements domain solutions and executes changes in line with the implementation plan. • Helps senior domain administrators with trouble shooting of day-to-day domain issues. • Configures servers and associated routers to ensure their smooth and reliable operation. • Creates documentation as it relates to domain configuration, routing, processes, and service records. • Updates current documentation of all equipment under operational control. Tech / Masters / Bachelor with Computer Science background Designation: Associate Experience: 5-7+ years Career Level: 6IC / 7IC Location: Mumbai / Pune Primary Technical Skills: SQL, Oracle, Python, ETL frameworks, databases, Data Analysis Job Profile: • Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources • Removing corrupted data and fixing errors and related problems • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data • Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and suggest code problems • Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction • Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time. • Analyzing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data • Working with programmers, Data engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. • Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. Technical Skills: Primary: Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle and Python Experience in handling ETL frameworks & databases. Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms on datasets in order to find solutions. Problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations Secondary: Additionally, knowledge of any ETL tool, Data modeling will be desirable.
