Description:
• Design and develop innovative and eye-catching product packaging that resonates with our brand identity and appeals to our target audience.
• Create print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, and advertisements.
• Design engaging digital graphics for social media platforms, website banners, and online advertisements.
• Enhance and manipulate images to maintain high-quality standards across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts and email templates.
• Develop 3D visualizations for product prototypes, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Create original illustrations that communicate complex ideas and concepts in a visually compelling manner.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in graphic design with a focus on product packaging and digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including product packaging, digital graphics, and illustrations.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Preferred Applications/Software
• Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator – For vector graphics, logos, and illustrations.
• Photoshop – For photo editing and digital graphics.
• InDesign – For marketing materials and print designs.
• Dimension – For basic 3D design and product mockups.
• Blender or Cinema 4D: For advanced 3D design and rendering.
• Figma or Adobe XD: For website and email design prototypes.
• Procreate or Adobe Fresco: For illustrations and digital sketches.
• Microsoft Office Suite: For presentations and internal documents.

Train users to use Vocera effectively; collaborate with the customer to establish, document, and deploy sustainable training processes
Provide on-site support for reporting and resolving end user issues, including issues with Vocera equipment, database and training
Provide on-site support for troubleshooting, resolving, and reporting technical issues to the appropriate support organization
Collaborate with the customer to develop and administer end user satisfaction programs, including regular end user satisfaction surveys, per the customer’s guidelines
