We have urgent opening for Asst. Manager - HR/IR at Vasai east in Mumbai.
Qualification: Any Graduate, Post Graduate in HR/Admin stream
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs in handling Legal compliances & Labor unions
Work location: Vasai East in Mumbai (Require local area person from Vasai, Virar, Nalasopara or nearby)
Gender: Male only
Job description:
Should be conversant with the Labour Laws
Liasioning with Govt Offices.
Statutory Compliance, Legal Compliance, Employee Engagement, Contract Vendor Management, Handling Workers Grievance handling.
Negotiation with union on employees related issues, Prepared the procedures for Grievance, Safety.
Provide support and advice on employee relations matters, Disciplinary action process,

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
