An M.Sc. Nursing Assistant Professor typically develops and delivers nursing curriculum, mentors students, and contributes to research in the field. They are responsible for teaching, conducting research, and participating in academic administration. The role also includes guidance and counseling of students, and potentially assisting with curriculum development and community outreach programs. Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Training: Developing and delivering nursing courses, lectures, and practical training sessions.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing).
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
Relevant teaching experience in nursing education.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Research experience and publication record (preferred).
Curriculum Development: Contributing to the design and enhancement of the nursing curriculum.
Mentoring and Guidance: Providing academic and career guidance to students, including counseling and support.
Research and Publication: Conducting research, publishing findings in scholarly journals, and contributing to the advancement of nursing knowledge.
Academic Administration: Participating in departmental activities, committees, and administrative tasks.
Community Engagement: Participating in community outreach programs and events.
Collaboration: Working with healthcare institutions for student placements and practical training.
Student Assessment: Evaluating student performance through examinations and assignments.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of student progress and academic activities.
Staying Updated: Remaining current with the latest advancements and research in the field of nursing.
