Responsibilities:
He or She will be taking responsibility of HR mainly recruitment for pan India (Team number will be around 100 members Pan India including on roll, Freelancer, and Vendors/Partners ).
Daily co- ordinate with client take position /with BD Team
Share position with Recruitment Team/ vendors/Partners
Recruitment (Coordination with Recruitment agency / Retention for candidate's joining...etc)
Responsible for hiring Internal office Business ROI as well Team ROI
Doing self recruitment as well
Vendors Management
Payroll management
Induction Employee Engagement / Performance Management / Compliance and Policy Management
Daily report to MD all team and vendors working report
Responsible for Business ROI and responsible for Recruitment Team target
Requirements:
MBA - HR
Experience 3 to 6 Yrs
Salary : 1.50- 3LPA or Fix + Variable
Rich recruitment experience
Handling HR experience for big team (Number 100 members above)
Stable Candidates
Female is Preferred
