Operating in over 1+0 countries, our client provides tools and platforms that cater to both individual and enterprise needs.
Located in North Sydney, within close walking distance from the train station, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. This is a contract role until June 30th, 2025, with strong prospects to extend to a full 18-months.
The Opportunity
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will deliver an exceptional candidate experience by extending offers, securing acceptances, and providing constructive feedback to those not selected. You'll manage intern engagement activities to enhance their experience and improve conversion rates to full-time roles.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Hiring of Interns: The majority of hiring will be in the technology space.
Manage intern program in Sydney: This will include onsite work and activities with universities
Manage Summer internship program: 10-20 onsite days – organizing intern meet and greets, manage events, host events
Not end-to-end recruitment: This role looks after Interview event planning, event management, delivering offer, acceptance, offer negotiation, offer engagement, pre onboarding activities.
Manage intern engagement: Deliver exceptional intern experience to improve conversion to full-time employment.
Promotions: Opportunity to partner with universities and facilitate visits
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience: Background in university and student recruitment, program management, and activity planning.
Independence: Ability to work independently to initiate tasks and build local relationships.
Vendor Experience: Experience working with vendors is a plus.
Communication: Ability to network and comfortable speaking in front of crowds
Engineering Recruitment: Experience in engineering recruitment is beneficial.
