Proficient in logistics management, including equipment scheduling, loading, and unloading procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety at all times
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by project demands
Must be willing to travel out of state for extended periods as required by project demands
Must pass fit for duty assessment, drug test, and background check

The selected candidate will not only operate large AT cranes but also manage the logistics associated with truckloads of equipment, ensuring efficient transportation, loading, and unloading procedures
Operate large AT cranes to lift, position, and move heavy equipment and materials at various job sites, ensuring safety and efficiency
