Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 AreasActionable (4-6) Manage process adherence by the channel 1. Ensure quality of performance by the ATM channel by having Satisfactory Audit Report.2. Timely retrieval and submission of necessary footages to concern authorities - police/ branches and other stake holders3. 5% CCTV footage retrievals4. Closure of complaints within TATs.5. Fortnightly reporting of Suspense GL and Monthly reporting of Cash Verification.6. Provide remote support provided to Branches for NON ATMC locations for Recon/ATM/TMKs Manage Uptime1. Portfolio Uptime +6.10%2. Cash Outs - 0.30 % of the total monthly runs ( Number of ATMs . no of days in the month)3. Proper follow-up with IT Team for IT related down calls.4. Proper follow-up with Admin Team for IT related down calls with proper call logging done5. Proper follow-up with MSP / CPT Vendor and CIT Agency for their related down calls.6. Regular updates to be shared with RBB and Corporate Salary team for ATM downtime. Manage customer delight through Site visits & Cash Verification1. To ensure all the site related issues are adequately captured in the Site Verification Report and are tracked / followed up to closure.2. Proper Coordination with Admin team/CPT-Vendor for resolution of site issues within TAT3. Proper coordination with E-Surveillance vendor for security related issues.4. FMR reporting for the shortages found5. Wooqer updation to be done 100% New ATM / BNA deployment / Shifting / Closure1. Ensure necessary co-ordination with respective stakeholders for New ATM deployment/ Shifting / Closure. 2. Remote support to branches on clarification on BNA3. Check weekly shortage and excess GL's of BNA and help to resolve the same for the branch4. Report the balances on a weekly basis to SATM / RATM5. Ensure that BNA is not down for more than 1 day for any reason Daily Operations1. Base Host Recon difference to be solved within 5 days 100%2. Shortage recovery file to be send to payment team within 5th of the following month 100%3. Base difference found in the ATMs book excess /shortage.4. Pass all entries such as customer credits, reversal of excess, shortage booking in complaint / charge back cases.5. Pass entries for wrong loading done by CIT.6. Raise claim with MSP / CPT / CCTV vendors for customer disputes.7. Retained Cards to be destroyed within 3 days. Management of stakeholders (All)1. Nil Escalations from stake holders2. To address the corporate related issues for ATM services and for New Installations3. Visit to Branches for cash handover to CRAs during consecutive Holidays.4. To coordinate between branch & CRAs to ensure timely cash handover to CIT agencies.5. Proper coordination with IT team for access related issue and arrangement of ladders for V-sat Issue.6. Branch Visit for escalations and New ATM set up.7. Ensure NCR MS, Diebold MS and all vendors perform according to laid down SLAs and TATs8. Ensure Monthly meeting with MSP is done and issues are documented for closure. MPS / CPT / CIT Vendor Management1. Collect all required documentation from CIT Agency on identification of their staff2. Ensure that on a Quarterly basis the above documents are sent to all Offsite ATMs, Branch ATMs, Captive ATMs which have ATM Attendants, Currency Chests and branches which give cash3. In case there is no change in the documents then there is no need to circulate the documents again BUT a written confirmation has to be taken from the CIT Agency that there is no change 4. Ensure that in case there is any change then the same needs to be informed to all Offsite ATMs, Branch ATMs, Captive ATMs which have ATM Attendants, Currency Chests and branches which give cash5. Ensure that a confirmation from the branches is taken which give cash and Currency Chest have received the above documents
