About the Role:
The Attendee Success Manager will be responsible for the experience of a select group of FDIC International attendees who are enrolled in specific registration plans. This position is on the frontline of communication and registration management, ensuring our attendees have exceptional experiences and meet their expected event outcomes through planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will thrive in customer experience, they will be sales-focused with a passion for connecting with customers and assisting them. To be successful in this role, the candidate will monitor email and social inboxes and perform proactive outreach to inquiring attendees. They will be comfortable supporting the marketing, conference, and exhibitor services teams with communication optimization and customer handholding, ensuring that our event planning and registration platforms are meeting expectations and uncovering additional opportunities to improve the customer experience.
What You'll Do:
As the Attendee Success Manager, you'll take center stage in shaping the attendee journey, from initial inquiries to on-site experiences. Your duties will encompass:
• Being the go-to guru for managing customer service inquiries through email and social media, both for attendees and exhibitors.
• Navigating the intricate world of event registration setup and maintenance, collaborating seamlessly with vendor success teams and developers.
• Juggling a diverse range of participant inquiries and sharing your expertise with finesse.
• Swiftly addressing attendee issues and questions, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Providing invaluable assistance with event registration, from badge selection to course additions, ensuring our attendees, exhibitors, and speakers are in the spotlight.
• Becoming the bridge between internal teams and registration vendors, overseeing course additions and updates within the platform.
• Championing customer interactions through incoming calls, helping both new and existing attendees feel valued.
• Conducting ongoing attendee training sessions to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Proactively recommending process improvements that elevate the experience for all stakeholders.
• Tackling challenges head-on, finding innovative solutions, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Being the voice of the attendees, gathering and sharing feedback with our executive team to continually enhance our offerings.
What You Bring to the Table:
• You've got a solid 2-4 years of experience rocking the realms of customer service and event registration management.
• Your Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing (preferred) gives you an edge in understanding the intricacies of the trade show landscape.
• If you've got experience in the energy industry, that's a shining star in your cap!
• Your communication skills are off the charts, both written and verbal, making you a standout collaborator.

What’s in it for me?
• This position is a seasonal contract: 28 hrs per week at $26-$30 per hour from the start date through May 2, 2025.
• Fully Remote
• Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday; must be 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, but can be flexible on hours per day.
