Salary: $150k - 160k per year + Full benefits + Bonuses

Our well established and well regarded Miami Law Firm is seeking a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This is a busy law firm with lots of work. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship this is a good fit for you. Work directly with clients and develop relationships. If you are a stellar associate, you will be rewarded. The firm is very collaborative in nature with an employee first culture.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ Litigation experience. (our firm has many practice areas)
• Written discovery, taking and defending depositions
• Proficiency drafting briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials
• Attend mediations, court hearings, and negotiation settlements
• Member of the FL bar
