Our highly regarded and well established Nashville law firm is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our commercial litigation team. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process, and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and understand commercial litigation ,we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the commercial litigation process. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications And Responsibilities
• 3-6 years' experience in commercial litigation
• Proficiency drafting and arguing motions
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to develop effective case strategies
• Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
