Audit Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Verification of Monthly Cash Expenses with the vouchers and supporting’s and Reconciliation of cash summary provided by the Cashier’s with the accounting records.
• Verification of Bank Expenses with vouchers and supporting’s.
• Audit of Purchase Bills and Service Bills along with Purchase Orders and Work Orders respectively.
• Audit of Sale Bills along with Sale Orders.
• General Ledger Scrutiny.
• Vendor’s Scrutiny.
• Customer’s Scrutiny.
• Verification of TDS/TCS deductions and payments.
• Monthly preparation and filing of GSTR 1.
• Monthly preparation and filing of GSTR 3B.
• Reconciliation of GST Input Tax Credit taken in GSTR-3B with GSTR-2A
• Reconciliation of GST Input Tax Credit with the accounting records.
• Preparation of GSTR-+ and GSTR-+C
• Checking of Provident Fund Return.
• Preparation of Depreciation workings.
• Verification and Releasing of Vendor payments.
• Liaising with Statutory Auditors for Tax and Statutory Audit.
• Conducting monthly Physical Stock Audits.
• Preparation of monthly MIS Reports as per the management requirements.
• Any other work assigned by the Audit Manager or Management.

Required Candidate profile

• Candidate must have proven experience in conducting Audits.
• Candidate must be from Packaging, Heavy Metal Industries.
• Candidate should have previous relevant experience in SQL.
• Good communication Skills.
• Candidate should be well organized & easily meets deadlines.
• Candidate must be Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Advance Excel a must)
• Should be a Team Player
• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience of experience.
