Job Summary:
Brad Deery Motors Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in Maquoketa, Iowa. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The role involves repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 to $30 per hour and will be paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
• Repair and restore damaged vehicles using various tools and techniques
• Conduct thorough inspections to assess the extent of damage and create a detailed repair plan
• Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones
