We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment as necessary.
Assemble and disassemble vehicle components according to schematics and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs and repair options.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high standards of quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic, preferably in a dealership or automotive repair shop setting.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for automotive repairs.
Strong understanding of automotive systems, including electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and brakes.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals related to automotive repair.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.
A valid driver's license is required; ASE certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $26.03-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
