Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
2-5 years of experience with RPA software suites like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
3+ years in the Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification
Experience with web development using HTML and JavaScript
Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL for database manipulation
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
Occasional travel may be required based on client needs

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute projects for federal clients, both on-site in the DC Metro Area, acting as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect.

• Provide valuable technical insights during presales consultations to aid clients in their RPA adoption journey.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

• 2-5 years of experience with RPA software suites like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• 3+ years in the Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense sectors.
• 3-5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (VB, VB.NET, VBA, or C# preferred) with a strong grasp of programming best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification.
• Experience with web development using HTML and JavaScript.
