Job Title: Automation Specialist
The Opportunity
You will engage in process automation and integration related activities in both an operational and developmental capacity.
You will identify automation opportunities to improve business efficiency, support both end users and IT developers in utilising low-code tools, and foster the adoption of automation solutions.
You will provide technical support, enabling citizen developers, collaborating with stakeholders to align automation with business goals, and maintaining automation solutions.
You will drive productivity gains, streamline processes, and empower users to create their own automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with stakeholders to define and solve business problems;
• Develop, test, and implement technologies aimed at automating business, IT, and development processes for greater speed, quality, and efficiencies such as cost;
• Maintain and continuously improve and optimise integrations, automations and their related management processes;
• Provide expert advice on all aspects of automation.

You possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication, teamwork, and clear documentation, while also thriving independently in a fast-paced environment.
Your strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, combined with experience in understanding and managing stakeholder requirements, allow you to translate ideas and concepts into the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
Requirements:
• Degree in computing or information technology with extensive work-related experience;
• Experience in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions in an environment that has multiple toolsets and technologies available for use;
• Extensive experience and knowledge of automation patterns and tools, including the design and implementation of various automation approaches using multiple tools and technologies including Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);
• Proficiency in using Git for version control and Azure DevOps for project collaboration, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
