Full Job Description
· 1-5 years experience require.
1. Receive customer vehicle for service an repair jobs and raise repair order on internal system.
2. Provide detail explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and take approval from customers.
3. Follow up with workshop controllers and technicians on vehicle status, update customers regularly on progress and ensure delivery of vehicles within proposed timeframe.
4. Operate DMS for job card open, generate tax invoice, make estimate, etc.
