About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our highly skilled team at Saengsom Pty Ltd T/A RR Autotech.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in cars, light commercial vehicles, and trucks.
Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance tasks to keep vehicles running smoothly.
Utilize technical expertise to efficiently identify and resolve complex problems.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work performed.
Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Provide accurate assessments and detailed repair estimates to customers.
Collaborate with a skilled team to meet service targets while upholding high-quality standards.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging automotive technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with a track record of successful repairs and maintenance.
Expertise in diagnosing complex mechanical and electronic issues across various vehicle models.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
