Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical information and recommendations to non-technical individuals.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and customer interactions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.
