Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The Automotive Technician will work in a fast-paced environment and must be capable of heavy lifting as required.

Duties

Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble and disassemble vehicle components.
Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot automotive issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop.
Skills

Proficient in automotive repair with hands-on experience in a shop environment.
Strong theoretical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
Familiarity with reading schematics for diagnosing vehicle issues.
Competence in using both hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
