The Role Responsibilities

Background:

Change Centre of Expertise (CoE) is a team under Global Finance Operations and Transformation, focussing on SCB wide Change Management for all existing Application infrastructure for Global Finance Services (GFS), Aspire, Tax, Core Finance & Subsystems.

This function is also strongly governed by the Change Management principles and Delivers and Manages changes that are of high value to SCB Group and regional Businesses spread across the world.

Functional experts, technical experts and Project management teams work in a collaborative environment to deliver group-wide changes across all geographies. The change governance function along with the business operations teams ensure expert impact analysis and support for rolling out system enhancements and changes into the GFS core financing systems

Key Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for implementation of SCB’s ‘Aspire’ change program’s transformation of General ledger accounting, processes in an ‘new system’ SAP ecosystem
• Ensure detailed documentation is maintained on the Business Requirement & Functional Specifications. Making sure we provide best solution which is most effective from User, Cost and Risk Perspective.
• Ensure clarity of objectives agreed with the LM and are broken down to tasks with regular updates to the LM.
• Design the target state solution and target state processes
• Ensure detailed project transition plan to be considered in different aspects like End User Training, Resource Considerations & Training Materials.
• Develop and apply testing processes. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Co-ordination of Test data/Environment with upstream/downstream teams.
• Responsible for managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle collaborating with various project/program teams, stakeholders; finance stakeholders across geographies, process, and technology teams.
• Excellent business and technical process design and execution skills, enabling the effective execution of a change
• Responsibility for prioritisation and management of critical path delivery items
• Primary contact point with other change and BAU leaders across the organisation
