Job Purpose
This position will manage Social and Digital Marketing for CBG to ensure a seamless digital outreach experience for online acquisitions and engagement. Your main focus will be to optimize conversion and the performance of the conversion journey via content and performance marketing. The position will drive digital campaigns for CBG
Key Accountabilities
• Execute our strategy for digital acquisition/cross sell across owned, paid and organic channels
• Plan, execute and measure experiments through funnel analysis
• Plan. Strategies, Lead and deliver Member get member program for DBS India
• Identify, test, and optimize the best channels to drive low cost of acquisition
• Establish strong tracking across all customer interactions
• Own the consumer journey funnel from impressions to final conversion
• Setup systems to analyse weekly and monthly campaign performance
• Recommend and execute optimizations on target lists, creative, offers, etc.
• Drive continuous improvements in messaging and channel placement to increase response rates
• Drive engagement led campaigns to boost awareness / consideration scores at an overall brand level (with focus on social channels)
• Adopt, implement and manage Martech tools like Appsflyer, Adobe, Google Analytics
Job Duties & responsibilities
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Should have executed and managed Facebook, Google UAC & DV360 platforms
• Plan and execute campaigns to boost organic adoption of digibank
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
• Drive App store optimization for digibank
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Assist with Customer Life-cycle campaigns to deepen wallet share
• Work closely with the bank's business units to promote across channel pollination, optimize existing customer experience and identify profit opportunities
• Responsible for the product / segment content at the branches and be proactive to deliver the bank's omni-channel experience
• Lead and provide direction to the marketing team to take on challenges to meet revenue targets under each segment
• Track competitor activities and develop suitable marketing responses
• End-to-end management and implementation of business marketing campaigns to boost Acquisition (NTB & ETB), Activation, Spend, Engagement / relationship deepening and overall visibility to build brand equity across the segments
• Work closely with brand team and drive creative effectiveness
• Identify and evaluate external partners to improve AI & ML optimisation within digital marketing
• Identify new opportunities/partners to meet NTB Acquisition numbers
Required Experience
Preferably 8-14 years of experience in digital marketing
Education / Preferred Qualifications
MBA + IT background
Core Competencies
Display / SEO / SEM Marketing
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Online Brand Building
Know-how of performance / tracking tools (e.g Appsflyer or equivalent)
Advanced Analytics knowledge
Martech tools experience – CDP, DMP, GA, AAM,AA & Appsflyer
