The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and data storage solutions on the Azure platform
This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize data solutions to support business operations
Design, deploy, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure services
Develop and implement data storage solutions on Azure, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake Storage
Collaborate with data platform engineers and analysts to design and implement data models and analysis tools
Monitor and optimize data processing and storage systems to ensure performance and Scalability
Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
Data Visualization skills: ability to develop dashboards or reports using tools like Power BI enhances insights delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and storage solutions
Job description
Genesis10 is currently seeking an Azure Database Engineer with our financial services client in their New York, NY location. This is a 6 month + contract and hybrid remote position. This position requires being onsite 2-3 days per week minimum.
