Job Overview: Enterprise Minds, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL DBA to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, with expertise in SQL Server and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain large-scale SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement database backup, recovery, and replication techniques to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and provide exceptional support.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in database administration, preferably with SQL Server.
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of the organization.
