Job description
As the B2B Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of various GTM strategies (outbound, inbound, SEO, content, paid ads) for our B2B clients.
You will be the senior point of contact for clients, ensuring that strategies are executed effectively and that client relationships are maintained at a high level of satisfaction.
This position requires a combination of project management, client-facing acumen, and an in-depth understanding of B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
• Oversee operations and planning for various GTM campaigns across cold outbound, SEO, paid ads, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, copywriters, designers, developers) to streamline workflows and optimize campaign performance.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of client dashboards, ensuring accuracy and real-time visibility into key metrics.
• Analyze performance data, draw insights, and recommend actionable improvements to clients and internal teams.
Client Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead client onboarding sessions, campaign planning meetings, and regular check-ins to review campaign progress, results, and next steps.
• Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure client feedback is translated into actionable tasks for the internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategies aligned with client goals, continuously improving campaign outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a client-facing role within a marketing or lead generation agency.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines concurrently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, data scraping/cleaning software, email automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel for reporting).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive meaningful insights.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
