Roles Offered: Digital Marketing Strategist and Account Manager
A Digital Strategist works within an organization to identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities
and challenges of all departments and aspects of the business. Then they create and oversee
the execution of a plan through specific initiatives to meet the objectives of the strategy. The
Digital Marketing Specialist will also help cross-functional teams develop and evolve ideas to
bring together brand goals, retailer objectives and consumer needs.
A Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing solutions to meet clients’ brand
objectives based on consumer insight and data. Spotting trends and technologies that play roles
in consumers lives, as well as familiarity with SEM/SEO strategies are beneficial skills to have in
this position.
Responsibilities
Working along side multiple point of contacts from the client side to understand the different
requirements and alignment of the business goals
Handling communication within multiple teams internally to keep the perfect harmony and
operating rhythm going to achieve the planned numbers across channels
Be the voice of the client to drive the business numbers with complete ownership
Align business objective to optimize the teams effort to set the right expectation and deliver
excellence in terms of the set goals
Understand the limitations, identify the opportunities and threats in the business to have plans
aligned with the same
Have the business objective well defined to deliver the set goals across channels and multiple
teams with growing the clients business, exploring new opportunities, new channels
Own the scope of work to keep the internal and external stakeholders in tandem
Take the CATKing Digital portfolio Pan India collaborating and partnering with New Clients
Key activities for the Partner Clients
Manage all owned media channels – Complete ownership of social media channels of CATKing.
Regularly tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the brand in digital ecosystem.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and utilizing a range of techniques
including SEM/SEO to improve performance.

Social media marketing – Creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through
blogs, Youtube, Instagram,Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online social
properties. Work with media agencies, creative teams to align the thoughts
Digital Analytics – Maintaining processes to track conversion rates and making improvements to
the brand in digital ecosystem. Defining success metrics and reporting needs for campaigns.

Requirements
Mandatory to have an MBA from the Top Business Schools only
Highly proficient product & service marketer with experience in digital marketing.
Two or more years of digital marketing, marketing communication and/or advertising experience
required.
Proven capability of driving large scale customer acquisition through digital marketing.
Demonstrated strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills coupled with
copywriting skills
Exposure to tech-environment - should have experience in setting-up online marketing for a
product & services company.
Analytical thinking skills and ability to derive actionable insights from a lot of data.
Ability to number-crunch, read and interpret data, knowledge of vendors and products relevant
to digital marketing and management, and aware of trends in digital media.
Digital media strategy, planning and management. Cross functional and cross cultural
collaborations on various projects
Degree in advertising, marketing or other business-related field and certification in digital
marketing (Google Certified Professional) is preferred.
