As part of the larger Banking Solutions Platform IT Delivery operation, our team is at the forefront of supporting FIS next generation Profile Core Banking Solution. We use industry-leading technologies, applications, and automation to deliver and support FIS IT technologies.

What you will be doing:
• Analysis of requirements related to lending product development
• Impact analysis for new changes on the existing functionalities
• Creation of stories, grooming stories to development team, product testing, product walkthrough
• Maintain product quality
What you bring:
• Over all 6 to 8 years of strong banking solutions or Banking experience - Retail / Commercial/loan banking domain
• Experience in requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks.
• QA - Product testing experience.
• Demonstrated exposure in conducting/participating in product demonstrations and assessment studies.
• Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture of banking applications and mapping it to a bank system landscape.
• Excellent communication skills - consistency and ease in discussions with leadership team of banks and in-house development teams.
• Ensure the nature and extent of the business needs and project requirements, are understood by project participants.
• Design & develops high level functional requirements for new development and enhancements of products.
• Validate project deliverables against requirements.
• Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs to be transformed into application and operational requirements.
• In-depth knowledge and experience on the entire loan life cycle with expertise on origination, Loan servicing
• Working experience on various loan products like Personal loans, Education loans, Home loans, Vehicle loans, Working Capital loans, Credit Lines, Business loans, Commercial loans, and other structured loan products
• Extremely comfortable with general ledger accounting related to various loan activities like Loan Disbursements, Accruals, Payments, Fee assessments and others
• Experience on commonly used day count methods like Actual/Actual, 30/360, Actual/365, Actual/360 and others
• Knowledge about the latest trends in lending in the international market
• Should have exposure to one or more core banking products like Flexcube / Finacle /Bancs/Essence.
Added bonus if you have:
• SQL / DB query skills
• SOAP / XML test skills
• Banking certifications
