Back End Developer |4|7 years

We are looking for a Back-End developer proficient in Python and one of the Python frameworks such as Flask or Django. You will be responsible for managing the data exchange between backend and other systems. Your primary focus will be to develop server-side logic and build scalable REST APIs. You will be coordinating with the front-end development team to integrate the API communication required for the application. So, basic understanding of front-end technologies is also key to possess.

Responsibilities
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server-side logic.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of the application for high performance and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions

Skills & Qualifications
• 4-7 years’ experience in client-facing projects in a global consulting environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Python.
• Proficient knowledge of back-end frameworks - Flask or Django
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance from the Business statement & implement them accordingly.
• Experience in implementing user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub, BitBucket, GitLab, etc.
• Experience in writing good quality code - Project structuring, setting up environment objects, build reusable components, etc.
• Proficient knowledge in handling JSON.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.) into the application code.
• Good to have skills - Database Designing and Data Modelling.
• Basic understanding – Postman, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Key to have - Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and clients in a clear, timely, and professional manner.
• Ability to communicate complex solutions to clients and stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner.
