We are looking to hire an experienced Back-office Marketing Executive to join our Sales report, and Support to the Sales Team. Job Code: IEPPL/BME/01 Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Vadodara / Ahmedabad Designation: Back Office Marketing Executive / Sales Support Preferred Experience: 1-2 Year Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing / Finance. Requirements: - Previous work experience as an Office Executive. - Excellent organizational skills. - Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software. - Working knowledge of CRM / TALLY ERP platforms. - Ability to work as part of a Sales team. - High-level written and verbal communication skills. - Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results - Ability to create and deliver presentations - Knowledge about the Customer Portal. Job Responsibility: - Does any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting the sales team with necessary documents - Vendor Registration (All Types of Document Work regarding Vendor Registration) - Extend support to the Sales team for all types of work. - Coordinate with manager, Directors & Marketing staff, the accounting department, and store department as and when require any information regarding sales. - Making commercial offers, PO Book, and Weekly order status. - Plug orders, track orders & also for product literature. - Prepare all type of reports like - Profitability, Final sales report, MBR- Report, Sales analysis report, MIS report, Pivot Chart, SSD - Telephonic follow-up with existing customers & just Dial Enquiry of all portals. - Entry of ERP Software and, any time require any sales Analysis. - Maintain all databases of customers, and related work of tender. - Regularly watch Portal for any updates, download new PO, acknowledge PO, generate ASN, and other detail as and when required. - Maintaining Records of pending sales and purchase orders. - Data management, projects, and Pending claims processing. - Tender Documentation, Preparation. - Manage other customer portals as & when require like, Nirma, RIL j3 room, Aditya Birla-Ultratech, Amazon, India mart, ford & many more.
