Role: Back-office Executive for BPO
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Business Process Outsourcing role located in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and back-office processes. They will work closely with clients to provide personalized services, optimize super-bills, and ensure efficient revenue cycle management.
Candidate will be ideally from science background with fluency in Read and spoken English. Minimum of 25 wpm typing speed with +7% accuracy.

Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with clients
Excellent communication skills in English
Education:
