Job Description: Office Admin
(MALE CANDIDATES REQUIRE)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.
Manage email correspondence, including drafting, replying, and following up on emails.
Ensure timely and professional responses to emails and queries.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Provide customer support over the phone when required.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
Assist in preparing reports and other documents.
Perform data entry and other duties as assigned.
Help resolve any operational or service-related issues.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle calls with clarity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
