Job Description.

As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting various office functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role will involve handling documentation, data entry, and providing support to your team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing internal processes, and ensuring that all back-office activities are performed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing KYC

Data Entry

Input and maintaining data in various systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

Basic understanding of financial transactions & operations

Deals reporting,

Quotes

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data management (preferred).

Typing Speed should be at least 30wpm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
