Developing, planning and implementing campaigns/programs
Lead and take responsibility of overall client relationship on a day to day basis for all projects that go through the Client Services Team with appropriate delegation (internally or externally with vendor) to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met on time & budget.
Day to day contact with clients regarding programs / their ongoing needs and respond in a timely manner to all client requests.
Prepare briefing documents on a project by project basis.
Actively participate in client weekly status meetings and any sessions pertaining to assigned projects.
Develop and retain strong client relationships.
