You are looking for a smart and organized female Back Office Executive / Receptionist to join your team at Santej with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling front office and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk and greet visitors
- Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Maintain office records and documentation
- Assist in daily office operations and data entry
- Coordinate with staff and management as required

Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Pleasant personality and professional behavior
- Candidates from nearby Santej or with easy commute preferred

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
