Backend Developer | NodeJs|

This position would partner with various finance teams within CoE to provide analytical support and help drive business performance. This role is part of the FP&A team and is required to participate in various project initiatives across the FP&A organization, driving consistent use of tools while at the same time identifying areas of efficiency and communicating best practices. Responsible to drive information, analysis, and insight to business partners along with recommendations to help maximize business performance. Provide guidance to the team. About The Role: • Support preparation of the IFRS annual and quarterly financial reports through provision of technical accounting expertise in accordance with relevant standards. • Work closely with global counterparts to ensure consistency across regions/groups. • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization. • Provide technical advice on implementation of new accounting requirements. • Support preparation of quarterly management accounts and provide insights into trends and variances. • Perform variance analysis and present findings to senior management. • Actively participate in special projects and cross functional teams to improve processes within the finance function. • Assist with ad hoc projects and analyses as required. About You: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience. • Minimum 6 years of professional work experience in accounting field preferably in public accounting firm or large corporate environment. • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal relationships skills. • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines. • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase preferred. • Proficient in English language both written and verbal #LI-GS1 What's in it For You?
