About the Role
We are seeking a talented Backend Software Engineer to join our team in San Francisco.
As a key member of our User Lifecycle team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable distributed systems to support our athletes' onboarding experience.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure seamless user interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with relational or NoSQL databases, and proficiency in open-source technologies like Kafka and Finagle.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of our organization through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
Design and implement robust backend services that meet the needs of our athletes.
Collaborate with product managers and analysts to define technical requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, exploring new technologies to improve our services.
