Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Chef at Mitti. The Bakery Chef will be responsible for baking a variety of organic bread, pav, and cakes using fresh ingredients. They will also contribute to Mitti Bakes' bakery segment, creating low-calorie and vegan baked goods.
Qualifications
• Sourdough bread expertise
• Baking and Pastry skills
• Knowledge of organic ingredients and baking techniques
• Experience in creating low-calorie and vegan baked goods
• Attention to detail and creativity in baking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Food hygiene certification
• Experience working in a bakery or similar setting
