Key Responsibilities
1. Master Baker: Possess advanced knowledge of bakery, patisserie, and garnishes to ensure highest quality products.
2. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to ensure efficient stock control, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
3. Bulk Production: Plan and execute bulk production of baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
4. Daily Production Oversight: Supervise daily bakery production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
5. Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to monitor product quality, provide feedback, and ensure brand standards are met.
6. Recipe Development: Develop and test new recipes to innovate and enhance product offerings.
7. Quality and Quantity Standardization: Establish and maintain standards for quality and quantity, ensuring consistency across all products.
8. Cost Control and Budgeting: Manage cost control and budgeting to optimize profitability and minimize waste.
