Overview

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Hospitality & Events Management Intern to join our team at the stunning EX Venture Campus in the heart of Canggu, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the daily operations of our beautiful campus, which includes a café, bar, restaurant, and event spaces, working alongside a dedicated team of 12 staff members. You’ll collaborate directly with the owners of EX Venture, gaining valuable real-world management experience in hospitality and event operations.

Your Responsibilities
• Manage Daily Operations:
• Oversee the day-to-day management of our café, bar, restaurant, and event spaces, ensuring a high standard of service and customer experience.
• Lead a team of 12 staff members, providing daily guidance, ensuring tasks are completed, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Enhance the Guest Experience:
• Create an inspirational and welcoming atmosphere for guests and our international community.
• Work closely with the owners to implement new strategies for improving the guest experience, from events to daily services in our hospitality outlets.
• Event Planning & Execution:
• Plan and execute various events and workshops hosted at the campus, including guest speaker series, networking sessions, and social events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to promote events, drive attendance, and ensure seamless execution.
• Team Leadership & Motivation:
• Inspire and motivate the staff, fostering a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and energized.
• Develop leadership skills by taking initiative, solving problems, and guiding the team through the challenges of day-to-day operations.
• Operational Improvements & Strategy:
• Work with the owners to identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the leadership team to discuss performance and upcoming goals.
