Overview

As a BAMS MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) at our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operations within the medical department. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and care for patients, as well as provide valuable support to senior medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Conducting patient consultations and physical examinations
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Assisting in surgical and medical procedures
• Providing emergency medical care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
• Supervising junior medical staff
• Participating in ward rounds and case conferences
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring compliance with medical ethics and standards
• Participating in educational and training activities

Required Qualifications
• Completion of BAMS and MBBS degrees
• Valid medical license to practice
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
