Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Auction Property at Shriram Automall in Bengaluru and Chennai. The role will involve managing the Property auction process for bank-owned properties, coordinating with buyers and sellers, conducting property inspections, and facilitating property transactions.

Qualifications

Property Inspection
Completion of Documentation
Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Bank Auction Property
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Bidding Process and Checking Bid Outcome
Experience in auction, real estate, or banking industries is a plus
Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Candidates with a background in real estate, property dealers, and developers will be preferred.
